 ROBOPOP ULTRA - Water cooled

The ROBOPOP is the most advanced ice pop production machine in the world. It features a built-in unmolding tank and a mobile platform that moves over the molds during operation, eliminating the need to remove molds from the machine.

This significantly improves workflow, reduces dripping, and helps maintain a cleaner and more organized production area. In practice, it functions as a complete production workstation.

The machine operates with FINAFLUID, Finamac’s exclusive freezing fluid. It is approved for food contact, non-flammable, and engineered to maintain performance even under extremely low temperatures. Because it does not thicken in cold conditions, it helps preserve production speed even at -35°C (-31°F) or below.

 Flex Mixer25

The Flex Mixer25 is an advanced machine for ingredient homogenization and aeration. It includes a removable container with an integrated faucet, making it highly practical for dosing molds for ice pops and flavored ice.

This equipment plays a key role in improving mixture consistency and enabling aeration in the production process.

 Sealer

The Sealer is a compact manual machine used for sealing ice pop packaging. Easy to operate and practical in daily production, it helps deliver a clean, professional product presentation.

 Flex Unmold

In this package, the Flex Unmold is used specifically as a heated chocolate coating tank.

Although the equipment also includes a popsicle unmolding function, that feature is not used here because the ROBOPOP ULTRA already includes its own built-in unmolding system.

Made of special fiberglass, the Flex Unmold includes temperature control and safety systems designed to prevent electrical shock and operation without adequate liquid in the reservoir.

It comes with one or two chocolate coating tanks (one optional) and a disassembled stainless steel table.

 Liquid Doser with Pedestal

The Liquid Doser is an automatic mold-filling device designed to increase efficiency and reduce labor requirements.

By automating the filling stage, it helps streamline production and improve consistency during operation.

 PP 200

The PP200 is a heat treatment machine for dairy-based mixtures, designed to reduce harmful microorganisms that could compromise product safety.

In addition to the heat treatment, it contributes to a final product that is creamier, softer, and more stable, thanks to its aeration and homogenization system. Its hot-process operation also improves absorption and blending of important ingredients, helping optimize the formulation and potentially reduce ingredient consumption in ice pop production.

 Cooling Tower 10TR

The Cooling Tower 10TR is the cooling equipment required to operate the ice pop production machine and other equipment.

It must be installed outside the production area.
