What should I do when my Pro16 displays “CON”?

The “CON” message indicates a lack of water in the condenser. This is not a machine failure but a signal that an external factor is preventing proper operation.

Possible causes include:

  • Cooling tower turned off – Turn the tower back on.
  • No water in the piping – Check if the pump is on, verify the rotation direction, and ensure pipes or hoses are not blocked or bent.
  • Dirty tower or water blockage – Clean the tower and check if the feed valve is closed or if something is blocking water flow from the reservoir to the pump.
  • Incorrect hose connections – The condenser water outlet must connect to the tower water inlet, and the condenser water inlet must connect to the tower water outlet.
  • Insufficient tower capacity – Contact the tower supplier to verify if a higher-capacity tower is required.
