🍸A STRONGER PRODUCT MIX FOR GREATER MARKET VALUE

Adding milk-based ice pops and paletas is a meaningful step for businesses aiming to serve a more premium consumer profile and improve profitability through more sophisticated formulations and better product value perception.

This setup also supports increased margin potential through aeration, enabled by the Mixer 15 and PP 60, which can improve texture, creaminess, and production performance.

At the same time, the package retains the flexibility to produce water-based ice pops and flavored ice, allowing the business to operate across multiple product categories and sales channels.

Flavored ice can also be supplied to bars, restaurants, and beverage operations for use in alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, creating additional commercial opportunities beyond traditional frozen dessert retail.

This package is well suited for companies seeking to scale their business through:

  • Factory production for wholesale distribution
  • Factory + retail operation
  • Broader frozen dessert portfolios
  • Replicable multi-unit expansion
  • Franchise or owner-operated growth models

📊ESTIMATED REVENUE POTENTIAL

Illustrative annual revenue: 1.26 million symbolic coins

In a sample operating scenario of 5 hours of production per day, plus 3 additional hours for preparation and logistics, this package can produce approximately:

  • 1,200 ice pops per day (63 ml)
  • 24,000 ice pops per month based on 20 working days

Milk-based ice pops output increases because the mixture can be aerated by approximately 10% using the Mixer 15.

Assuming the business operates with seasonal demand at:

  • 3 months per year at full production
  • 9 months per year at half that output

Under this scenario, annual production reaches approximately 180,000 ice pops per year.

Using a reference sales price of 7 symbolic coins per ice pop, annual gross revenue would total approximately 1.26 million symbolic coins.

Estimated average production cost for an aerated ice pop may range from 0.40 to 0.80 symbolic coins, depending on the formulation and the use of natural ingredients.

Actual profitability depends on several factors, including labor, rent, equipment depreciation, taxes, logistics, sales structure, and business management. Reaching the full daily production level of 1,200 units is typically a gradual process and depends on commercial development and market outreach.

🏭RECOMMENDED MACHINES

Turbo 8

An ice pop production machine that operates by turbulent flow freezing, it is Finamac’s oldest and best-selling machine. Many of these units have been on the market for more than 30 years and are still in perfect working condition. With its compact size and very simple construction, its continuous production capacity is impressive thanks to its exclusive heat exchanger, unique in the world. It operates with glycol as the freezing fluid, approved for food contact and non-flammable.

Mixer 15

An apparently simple piece of equipment, often mistaken for an ordinary blender, but it is much more than that: it is capable of homogenizing ingredients, reducing particle size in such a way that it provides remarkable smoothness in the final product. In addition, it is able to incorporate air into the mixture, substantially increasing your profit. It is not supplied with a table.

Flex Unmold

The Flex Unmold is a heated tank used to unmold the ice pops coming out of the  Turbo 8 production machine. Made of special fiberglass, it features temperature control and all safety systems designed to prevent electric shocks or low liquid levels in the reservoir. It comes with one tank for chocolate coating and a disassembled stainless steel table.

Sealer

The Sealer is a manual packaging sealing machine for ice pops. Simple, compact, and easy to operate, it helps ensure products are well packaged and presented with a professional finish.

PP 60

The PP60 is a heat treatment machine for dairy-based mixtures, designed to reduce harmful microorganisms that could compromise product safety.

In addition to the heat treatment, it contributes to a final product that is creamier, softer, and more stable, thanks to its aeration and homogenization system. Its hot-process operation also improves absorption and blending of important ingredients, helping optimize the formulation and potentially reduce ingredient consumption in ice pop production.
