🍸THE MOST COMPLETE BUSINESS MODEL FOR MAXIMUM RETURN POTENTIAL

For businesses seeking the highest level of versatility and the broadest commercial reach, this package offers the most complete production structure in the range.

In addition to traditional water-based and milk-based ice pops, this setup makes it possible to produce flavored ice, bonbons, single portions, ice cream on a stick, and cone-based products with chocolate coating.

This diversified product mix creates important strategic advantages. It allows the business to serve different market segments, appeal to a wider customer base, and perform more competitively even in less favorable weather conditions or changing seasonal demand.

Flavored ice can also be supplied to bars, restaurants, and beverage operations for use in alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, expanding business opportunities beyond the conventional frozen dessert channel.

This package is ideal for businesses operating as:

  • Factory production for wholesale distribution
  • Factory + retail store
  • Premium multi-product frozen dessert operation
  • Replicable multi-unit business
  • Franchise or owner-operated expansion model

📊ESTIMATED REVENUE POTENTIAL

Illustrative annual revenue: 1.8 million symbolic coins

In a sample operating scenario of 5 hours of production per day, plus 3 additional hours for preparation and logistics, this package can produce approximately:

  • 1,350 ice pops per day (63 ml)
  • 27,000 ice pops per month based on 20 working days

Production volume is higher than with conventional ice pops because aerated ice cream freezes more quickly. For 150 ml single portions, hourly output is reduced.

Assuming a seasonal business cycle with:

  • 3 months per year at full production
  • 9 months per year at 50% of that volume annual output reaches approximately 200,000 portions per year

Using a reference selling price of 9 symbolic coins per portion, annual gross revenue would total approximately 1.8 million symbolic coins.

Estimated average production cost per portion may range from 0.40 to 1.20 symbolic coins, depending on the formulation and the use of natural ingredients.

As with any manufacturing operation, actual profitability depends on several factors, including labor, rent, depreciation, taxes, logistics, sales structure, market development, and overall business management.

Reaching the full daily production level of 1,350 portions is typically gradual and depends on the company’s ability to promote, position, and expand the business.

🏭RECOMMENDED MACHINES

 Turbo 8

An ice pop production machine that operates by turbulent flow freezing, it is Finamac’s oldest and best-selling machine. Many of these units have been on the market for more than 30 years and are still in perfect working condition. With its compact size and very simple construction, its continuous production capacity is impressive thanks to its exclusive heat exchanger, unique in the world. It operates with glycol as the freezing fluid, approved for food contact and non-flammable.

 Mixer 15

An apparently simple piece of equipment, often mistaken for an ordinary blender, but it is much more than that: it is capable of homogenizing ingredients, reducing particle size in such a way that it provides remarkable smoothness in the final product. In addition, it is able to incorporate air into the mixture, substantially increasing your profit. It is not supplied with a table.

 Flex Unmold

The Flex Unmold is a heated tank used to unmold the ice pops coming out of the  Turbo 8 production machine. Made of special fiberglass, it features temperature control and all safety systems designed to prevent electric shocks or low liquid levels in the reservoir. It comes with one tank for chocolate coating and a disassembled stainless steel table.

 Sealer

The Sealer is a manual packaging sealing machine for ice pops. Simple, compact, and easy to operate, it helps ensure products are well packaged and presented with a professional finish.

 PP 60

The PP 60 is a heat treatment machine for dairy-based mixtures, designed to reduce harmful microorganisms that could compromise product safety.

In addition to the heat treatment, it contributes to a final product that is creamier, softer, and more stable, thanks to its aeration and homogenization system. Its hot-process operation also improves absorption and blending of important ingredients, helping optimize the formulation and potentially reduce ingredient consumption in ice pop production.

 Pro 4

The PRO 4 is an ice cream production machine with aeration of up to 70%, used to make chocolate-coated bonbons in a variety of shapes, chocolate-coated ice cream pops, and scoops of ice cream on wafer cones, also coated in chocolate. The ice cream is removed from the machine and placed into molds of different shapes; these molds are then inserted into the  Turbo 8 ice pop machine and unmolded/chocolate-coated in the  Flex Unmold. It is a major customer attractor and a strong competitive differentiator, especially because aerated ice cream substantially increases the product’s final profit margin.
