Collection: Ice Pops

Mexican Paletas (ice pops) are traditional handcrafted frozen treats served on a stick, originating in Mexico, most famously from the town of Tocumbo, Michoacán. Sold through shops known as paleterías, they are made with either a water base or a milk base, using fresh fruit, sugar, milk, and water, often blending both. Paletas are also made in larger molds compared to the smaller, uniform American-style ice pop molds, reflecting their artisanal and generous nature.
