Oil Refill: The lubricant must be replenished strictly according to the specifications and recommendations of the gearbox manufacturer (SEW-EURODRIVE).
Do Not Mix Different Oil Types: Never mix mineral oil with synthetic oil, especially polyalkylene glycol (PAG) lubricants. Chemical incompatibility may cause sludge formation and severe damage to the lubrication system.
Oil Capacity: The required oil volume for the SEW SA47 gearbox is 0.8 liters.
Oil Refill / Replacement Interval: The oil should be replaced or replenished approximately every 3,000 operating hours, or immediately if lubricant loss is detected due to leakage or insufficient preventive maintenance.
