SCRAPER TIP CARE
Replacement Due to Wear: Periodically inspect the end of the scraper tip. If it shows deformation, compression, or excessive wear, replace it immediately to help prevent mechanical play in the beater assembly and loss of operating efficiency.
Fit Inspection: Make sure the scraper tip is firmly and fully seated on the shaft/scraper before inserting the beater assembly into the freezing cylinder.
Proper Cleaning: Remove the scraper tips during cleaning to thoroughly wash the internal mounting cavity and ensure complete removal of ice cream mix residue.
