SCRAPER BLADE CARE
Wear Monitoring: Worn scraper blades or blades with rounded edges lose the ability to scrape the cylinder wall accurately. This can cause the ice cream mix to freeze onto the cylinder surface, increasing mixing/freezing time and placing additional load on the compressor and motor.
Replace the Complete Set: It is recommended to replace all scraper blades on the beater at the same time to maintain proper mechanical balance and uniform scraping pressure.
Proper Cleaning: Wash with mild detergent and warm water. Never use steel sponges, steel wool, metal scrubbers, or other abrasive materials when cleaning the scraper blades.
