Scrapes the rear wall / bottom area of the freezing cylinder during the mixing and freezing process
⚠️ SAFETY AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ALERT
REAR SCRAPER BLADE CARE
Wear Monitoring: Worn rear scraper blades may no longer scrape the back of the cylinder properly. Frozen ice cream buildup in this area can reduce heat transfer efficiency, increase mixing/freezing time, and place additional load on the main motor.
Integrated Replacement: It is recommended to replace the rear scraper blade together with the side scraper blades and scraper assembly springs to help maintain proper mechanical balance of the beater.
Cleaning Precautions: Wash with warm water and mild detergent. Do not use steel wool or abrasive materials that may scratch, deform, or damage the scraping edge.
