SCRAPER ASSEMBLY AND CYLINDER CARE
Inspection of Mounting Points and Wear: Periodically inspect the mounting areas for the shoes and scraper blades on the scraper assembly. Worn components or loose fittings may create excessive play, resulting in uneven scraping of the ice cream mix.
Cylinder Protection: A bent scraper assembly caused by drops or mechanical impacts may allow the rigid support structure to come into direct contact with the inner wall of the cylinder, causing scratches and potentially irreversible damage to the freezing system.
