šŸø SIMPLE AND SAFE - THE EVER-PROFITABLE ICE POP BUSINESS

The global ice cream market is estimated at USD 125 billion, and around 30% of that value (USD 38 billion) is generated by the various types of ice pops produced today. The projected market growth through 2033 is 36%, which means the ice pop market will be responsible for generating approximately USD 52 billion by that year.

In this context, ice pop manufacturing is and will continue to be a very strong and growing sector in the food and beverage industry.

In the ice cream world, it is the type of product that is easiest to produce and has the lowest barrier to entry. From small to large producers, it requires the least investment and offers the greatest short-term return on investment.

šŸ“Š ESTIMATED REVENUE POTENTIAL

Illustrative estimate of annual revenue (symbolic currency): 5.4 million coins

Considering a production shift of 5 hours per day, plus 3 additional hours for preparation and logistics, this configuration can produce approximately 12,000 63 ml ice pops per day, or 240,000 ice pops per month, based on 20 working days.

Considering the seasonality of the business, let us assume:

• 3 months per year at full production
• 9 months per year at half that volume

In this scenario, production can reach approximately 1.8 million ice pops per year.

For this example, we assume a selling price of 3 symbolic coins per ice pop, which may vary depending on whether the product is sold through large-scale distribution or directly in stores. Based on this assumption, estimated annual revenue reaches 5.4 million symbolic coins.

The average production cost per ice pop can range from 0.20 to 0.80 symbolic coins, depending on the recipe and ingredients, including natural fruit.

Naturally, additional costs must also be considered, such as:

• labor
• rent
• equipment depreciation
• taxes
• sales expenses
• logistics
• and other operating costs

Sales growth up to the level of 12,000 ice pops per day is gradual and depends largely on the business's ability to promote and expand its market presence.

Profit margins can be quite attractive, but they depend on efficient management of all these variables, as well as many other strategic factors.

šŸ RECOMMENDED MACHINES

ā‘  TURBO 80

It is a linear ice pop machine designed for small industries. With compact size and simple construction, it offers safety and continuous production. Its greatest advantage is that it is equipped to operate with FINAFLUID, Finamac's exclusive freezing fluid, approved for food contact and non-flammable. This fluid does not ā€œthickenā€ at low temperatures and does not lose productive efficiency like conventional fluids. It is also used in ā‘£ Unmold Tank 9kW, so that the molds are not immersed in water as in conventional demolders, preventing many droplets of that water from being introduced into the machine tank throughout the workday, where they can freeze and greatly reduce production, even stopping the equipment by blocking fluid circulation.

See in the ā€œSuppliesā€ menu how to purchase FINAFLUID and the densimeter used to control its proportion with water.

ā‘” Pastoplant 300

Heat Treatment set for dairy recipes consisting of a separate heater and cooler, both equipped with mixing, homogenizing, and aerating blades. It is important for preventing harmful microorganisms that could compromise product safety, while also making ice pops much creamier, softer, and more durable; its hot process increases absorption and the proper blending of important substances, reducing ingredient consumption in ice pop formulations.

ā‘¢ Vat (Tina) 150 (2 units)

Refrigerated tank for the preparation, maturation, and preservation of mixtures for ice pops and paletas. Built entirely in stainless steel, it ensures a constant supply for the linear machine.

ā‘£ Unmold Tank 9kW

It is a heated tank used to release ice pops from the molds coming out of machine ā‘ TURBO 80.

Built with high-power electric heating elements, it keeps demolding speed compatible with production capacity.

It works with FINAFLUID, a non-flammable fluid approved for food contact, the same one used in the machine tank, so that the molds are not immersed in water as in conventional equipment and do not carry that water back to the machine.

⑤ Pack5000 with Dispenser

Automated equipment for packaging ice pops and paletas. It comes with an ice pop/paleta dispenser. Ask about available dispenser models for different types of ice pops and paletas.

ā‘„ Liquid Doser

Automatic device for filling molds, reducing labor cost and greatly speeding up the operation. It is installed on machine ā‘  TURBO 80.

⑦ 20TR Cooling Tower without pump

Equipment required to cool the ice pop machine and other water-cooled equipment. It is supplied without a water circulation pump, and its sizing must be determined by the engineer or technician responsible for the plant’s hydraulic installation. It must be installed outside the production area.
