šø MORE VARIETY AND MORE AUTOMATION, HIGHER PROFITABILITY
Known as aerated industrial ice cream or ice cream made in continuous production machines, this product has as its main advantage the high percentage of air that can be inserted into it, maximizing profit margins.
The global ice cream market is estimated at USD 125 billion, and about 60% of this value (USD 75 billion) is generated by the various types of ice cream currently manufactured. The forecast for market growth through 2033 is 36%, meaning that the ice cream market (not including popsicles, which account for 30% of the market) will be responsible for generating about USD 102 billion by that year.
In this context, the manufacture of ice cream is and will continue to be a very strong and growing segment in the food and beverage industry.
In the world of food, it is one of the types of product with the greatest ease of production and the lowest barrier to entry. From small to large producers, it is the most balanced in terms of investment and the one that provides the greatest return on investment in the long term.

š ESTIMATED REVENUE POTENTIAL
Illustrative estimate of annual revenue (symbolic currency): 7.2 million symbolic coins.
Considering a production shift of 5 hours per day, in addition to 3 extra hours for preparation and logistics, this configuration can produce approximately 3,000 liters of ice cream per day, or 60,000 liters per month, based on 20 working days.
Considering the seasonality of the business, let us assume:
⢠3 months per year at full production
⢠9 months per year at half of this volume
In this scenario, production can reach approximately 450,000 liters of ice cream or 3.6 million 125 ml scoops per year.
For this example, we consider a selling price of 2 symbolic coins per 125 ml scoop of ice cream, which may vary depending on whether the product is sold wholesale or directly to the final consumer. Based on this assumption, the estimated annual revenue reaches 7.2 million symbolic coins.
The average production cost per scoop may vary from 0.20 to 0.80 symbolic coins, depending on the recipe, the ingredients, and the amount of air incorporated (generally 100% air or more).
Ice cream is normally packaged in disposable 5- or 10-liter containers.
Naturally, additional costs must also be considered, such as:
⢠labor
⢠rent
⢠equipment depreciation
⢠taxes
⢠sales expenses
⢠logistics
⢠and other operating costs
The growth of sales up to the level of 3,000 liters of ice cream per day is gradual and depends largely on the businessās ability to promote and expand its presence in the market.
Profit margins can be quite attractive, especially with 100% air incorporation, and depend on the efficient management of all these variables, as well as on many other strategic factors.
For companies that want a more detailed understanding of the factors for operational and commercial success, Finamac also offers specialized training and consulting.

š RECOMMENDED MACHINES
ā SUPER C3
It is a continuous ice cream production machine with very compact dimensions, capable of reaching up to 120% air incorporation in the final ice cream. It has automated start-up and all the safety systems to prevent operating failures. It is very practical, easy to move, and easy to operate. Its great advantage is being able to produce 3 different ice cream flavors, separately or at the same time.
ā” PPL 300
Industrial heat treatment system for dairy recipes, composed of two heating tanks equipped with mixing, pre-homogenizing/aerating blades. Heating is carried out by a gas system, with thermal fluid circulating around the tanks. After heating, the mixture is passed through a high-pressure homogenizer, ensuring refinement and stabilization of the ingredients. Next, the mixture is sharply cooled by a stainless-steel plate system refrigerated by a chilled-water unit.
⢠Vat (Tina) 1200
Refrigerated tank for preparation, maturation, and conservation of ice cream mixes. Fully constructed in stainless steel, it guarantees constant supply for the production machine or other tanks.
⣠Vat (Tina) 300 (3 units)
Refrigerated tank for preparation, maturation, and conservation of ice cream mixes. Fully constructed in stainless steel, it guarantees constant supply for the production machine.
⤠Transfer Pump Cart
Equipment for transferring mixes between heat treatment and maturation tanks. Practical and easy to use, it can be easily moved between the facilities of the industrial plant.
ā„ IX600 PLUS
Equipment for inserting colored syrups into the ice cream as it is extracted from the continuous freezer ā SUPER C3. It allows two syrup colors.
⦠IF900
Equipment used to insert solid particulates into the ice cream as it leaves the production machine. Dried fruits, chocolate sprinkles, nuts, and others are introduced and distributed uniformly in the final ice cream.
ā§ Rotating Nozzle Table
Table for inserting colored syrup into the ice cream coming out of the ā SUPER C3 production machine. Its outlet nozzle is equipped with a rotating mechanism to decorate the ice cream with colored swirl stripes, giving great prominence to the final product.
⨠Gyrofiller
High-tech automated filling machine for packaging cones, cups, or tubs of ice cream, according to need. Among the options, it can dispense chocolate or toppings over the ice cream, insert syrups, and also heat-seal cups. It is considered the most advanced equipment in the category, weighing about half as much as conventional equipment and equipped with intelligently electronically controlled mechanisms. Consult Finamac about the available options.
ā© Tower 20TR
Equipment required to cool the ice cream production machine and other water-cooled equipment. It is supplied without a water circulation pump, and its sizing must be determined by the engineer or technician responsible for the factoryās hydraulic installation. It must be installed outside the production environment.
