šŸø THE MOST COMPLETE BUSINESS MODEL FOR MAXIMUM RETURN POTENTIAL

The global gelato market is estimated at USD 25 billion per year, representing around 20% of the total USD 125 billion per year, which includes ice cream and ice pops in all other forms. The projected growth through 2033 is 36%, which would represent sales of USD 34 billion per year.

Of the USD 25 billion per year, about half is sold directly in display cases, while the other half is distributed and sold in other ways.

Local production and direct sales in display cases represent the highest-profit category among all other forms of ice cream and ice pop sales, because they are focused on customers with greater purchasing power and are present in more sophisticated shopping centers, without costs such as transportation, distributor margins, etc.

This package is ideal for businesses that operate as:

• Factory-only for wholesale distribution
• Factory + retail store
• Premium multi-product frozen dessert operation
• Replicable business in multiple units
• Franchise expansion model or company-owned operation

šŸ“Š ESTIMATED REVENUE POTENTIAL

Illustrative estimate of annual revenue (symbolic currency): 4.32 million symbolic coins.

In an example production scenario of 5 hours of manufacturing per day, plus 3 additional hours for preparation and logistics, this package can produce approximately:

• 400 liters of gelato per day
• 8,000 liters per month based on 20 working days

Considering a seasonal business cycle with:

• 3 months per year at full production
• 9 months per year at 50% of that volume

annual production reaches approximately 60,000 liters or 480,000 portions of 125 ml gelato per year.

Using a reference selling price of 9 symbolic coins per portion, whether in the form of ice cream or chocolate-coated ice cream / ice cream on a stick or in a cone, annual gross revenue would total approximately 4.32 million symbolic coins or more.

The average production cost per scoop of gelato is around 1.20 symbolic coins, depending on the recipe, the ingredients, and the amount of air incorporated (generally 30%).

Gelato is normally packaged in disposable containers or 5- or 10-liter tubs.

As in any industrial operation, actual profitability depends on several factors, including labor, rent, depreciation, taxes, logistics, sales structure, market development, and overall business management.

Reaching the full daily production level of 400 liters is usually gradual and depends on the company’s ability to promote, position, and expand the business.

Finamac also offers specialized training and consulting for those who want a deeper understanding of the business, production methods, and the strategic factors that contribute to long-term success.
