SCRAPER BLADE SHOE CARE
Mechanical Wear Inspection: Worn or cracked scraper blade shoes may cause the scraper blade to become misaligned, resulting in uneven cylinder scraping and reduced heat-transfer efficiency.
Inspection During Cleaning: During daily cleaning, remove the scraper blade shoes from the assembly and thoroughly clean the mounting areas to prevent dried ice cream mix residue from accumulating and restricting the movement of the assembly.
