⚠️ SAFETY AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ALERT
EXPANSION ORIFICE PRECAUTIONS
Keep the Refrigeration System Clean: Contaminants, moisture, or debris inside the refrigeration circuit can easily block the orifice’s precision passage, preventing proper refrigerant flow and affecting the machine’s freezing performance. Always perform the proper vacuum procedure and install a new filter drier whenever servicing the refrigeration system.
Installation and Handling: Replacement should be performed by a qualified refrigeration technician. Avoid touching or handling the orifice with unsuitable tools, as scratching or deforming the calibrated passage may affect refrigerant flow.
Compatibility with the Valve Body: Make sure the orifice is correctly aligned and seated inside the expansion valve body before tightening the connections to help prevent refrigerant leaks.
