DATE CODER USE AND STORAGE TIPS
Proper Storage: Keep spare ink rollers sealed in their original packaging, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Improper storage may cause the ink to dry out before use.
Temperature and Pressure Adjustment: When replacing the roller, check the temperature calibration of the date coder’s type characters. Excessively high temperatures may melt the ink roller, while temperatures that are too low may result in incomplete or poor-quality printing.
Date Coder Block Cleaning: Keep the roller housing and metal type characters free from burnt ink residue to ensure consistent and uniform printing.
