🍸THE MOST COMPLETE BUSINESS MODEL FOR MAXIMUM RETURN POTENTIAL

For businesses seeking the highest level of versatility and the broadest commercial reach, this package offers the most complete production structure in the range.

In addition to traditional water-based and milk-based ice pops, this setup makes it possible to produce flavored ice, bonbons, single portions, ice cream on a stick, and cone-based products with chocolate coating.

This diversified product mix creates important strategic advantages. It allows the business to serve different market segments, appeal to a wider customer base, and perform more competitively even in less favorable weather conditions or changing seasonal demand.

Flavored ice can also be supplied to bars, restaurants, and beverage operations for use in alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, expanding business opportunities beyond the conventional frozen dessert channel.

This package is ideal for businesses operating as:

  • Factory production for wholesale distribution
  • Factory + retail store
  • Premium multi-product frozen dessert operation
  • Replicable multi-unit business
  • Franchise or owner-operated expansion model

📊ESTIMATED REVENUE POTENTIAL

Illustrative annual revenue: 2.43 million symbolic coins

In a sample production scenario of 5 hours of manufacturing per day, plus 3 additional hours for preparation and logistics, this package can produce approximately:

  • 1,800 aerated stick ice creams, cones, or 90 ml bonbons per day
  • 36,000 portions per month based on 20 working days

Production volume is higher than with conventional ice pops because aerated ice cream freezes more quickly. For 150 ml single portions, hourly output is reduced.

Assuming a seasonal business cycle with:

  • 3 months per year at full production
  • 9 months per year at 50% of that volume annual output reaches approximately 270,000 portions per year.

Using a reference selling price of 9 symbolic coins per portion, annual gross revenue would total approximately 2.43 million symbolic coins.

Estimated average production cost per portion may range from 0.40 to 1.20 symbolic coins, depending on the formulation and the use of natural ingredients.

As with any manufacturing operation, actual profitability depends on several factors, including labor, rent, depreciation, taxes, logistics, sales structure, market development, and overall business management.

Reaching the full daily production level of 1,800 portions is typically gradual and depends on the company’s ability to promote, position, and expand the business.

🏭RECOMMENDED MACHINES

RoboPop Start

The ROBOPOP is the most advanced ice pop production machine in the world. It features a built-in unmolding tank and a mobile platform that moves across the molds, eliminating the need to remove molds from the machine during operation.

This greatly reduces dripping and other inconveniences in the production area, creating a cleaner and more efficient workflow. It is, in practice, a complete workstation.

The machine operates with FINAFLUID, Finamac’s exclusive freezing fluid, approved for food contact and non-flammable. Unlike conventional fluids, FINAFLUID does not thicken at low temperatures, which helps maintain production speed even at extremely low operating temperatures as -35°C (-31°F) or below.

 Flex Mixer 15

The Flex Mixer15 is an advanced machine for ingredient homogenization and aeration. It includes a removable container with an integrated faucet, making it highly practical for dosing molds for ice pops and flavored ice.

This equipment plays a key role in improving mixture consistency and enabling aeration in the production process.

Note: table not included.

 Sealer

The Sealer is a compact manual machine used for sealing ice pop packaging. Easy to operate and practical in daily production, it helps deliver a clean, professional product presentation.

Standard and customized packaging options, as well as standard or personalized sticks, may be available depending on the application.

Flex Unmold (for unmolding and chocolate coating)

In this package, the Flex Unmold is used specifically as a heated chocolate coating tank.

Although the equipment also includes ice pop unmolding function, that feature is not used here because the ROBOPOP already includes its own built-in unmolding system.

Made of special fiberglass, the Flex Unmold includes temperature control and safety systems designed to prevent electrical shock and operation without adequate liquid in the reservoir.

It comes with one or two chocolate coating tanks (one optional) and a disassembled stainless steel table.

 PP 60

The PP60 is a heat treatment machine for dairy-based mixtures, designed to reduce harmful microorganisms that could compromise product safety.

In addition to pasteurization, it contributes to a final product that is creamier, softer, and more stable, thanks to its aeration and homogenization system. Its hot-process operation also improves absorption and blending of important ingredients, helping optimize the formulation and potentially reduce ingredient consumption in ice pop production.

 Pro 4

The PRO4 is an ice cream production machine with aeration of up to 70%.

It is used in the manufacture of chocolate-coated bonbons in various shapes, chocolate-coated ice cream pops, and ice cream portions on biscuit cones, also coated in chocolate.

The ice cream is removed from the machine and placed into molds of different shapes. These molds are then inserted into the  RoboPop Start, after which the finished portions are removed and coated in chocolate using the  Flex Unmold (for unmolding and chocolate coating).

This product category acts as a strong customer attraction and an important competitive differentiator, especially because aerated ice cream can substantially increase final product profitability.
