TEMPERATURE SENSOR PRECAUTIONS
Risk to Product Quality: A damaged or miscalibrated probe may send incorrect readings to the control board, potentially preventing proper pasteurization and compromising food safety, or overheating and burning the mix.
Cleaning Precautions: When cleaning the pasteurizer tank, avoid pulling, twisting, or sharply bending the probe connection cable. Do not strike the measuring stem with rigid utensils, as this may damage the sensor’s internal elements.
Control Panel Connection: Make sure the probe connectors are securely seated on the electronic board, with no looseness or oxidation that could cause fluctuations in the temperature reading.
