The New Finamac PRO Line Scraper Assembly has been redesigned to enhance the production performance of PRO 4 and PRO 16 Black machines. Its new design simplifies daily cleaning and optimizes mixing dynamics inside the freezing cylinder, promoting excellent air incorporation (overrun) during the production of artisan ice cream and gelato.

Greater Air Incorporation (Overrun): Improved geometry promotes better aeration of the ice cream mix during production, resulting in a creamier, lighter texture and improved yield from each batch.

Extended Compatibility: Compatible with PRO 4 and PRO 16 machines, including older models that still use previous-generation scraper assemblies.

Important Information for Açaí Producers: If your production is focused exclusively on açaí, this new scraper model will not significantly change air incorporation, since açaí mix naturally incorporates very little air. However, you will still benefit from the faster and easier cleaning process provided by the new design.

High-Resistance Sanitary Material: Made from non-toxic food-grade polymer designed to withstand low temperatures and continuous friction without damaging the inner surface of the freezing cylinder.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE NEW PRO LINE SCRAPER ASSEMBLY

Periodic Wear Inspection: Regularly inspect the contact edges of the scraper blades. Replacing worn components at the appropriate time helps maintain uniform scraping performance and consistent product yield and overrun.

Cleaning Precautions: Wash the scraper components with warm water and mild detergent immediately after production. Avoid abrasive sponges or steel wool to preserve the smooth surface of the sanitary polymer.

Proper Lubrication: Use only non-toxic food-grade lubricant on the articulation and mounting points specified in the Finamac manual when assembling the beater.
