O-RING SEAL AND LUBRICATION CARE

Food-Grade Grease Required: To extend the service life of the O-ring and maintain a proper seal without drying or cracking, always apply non-toxic food-grade grease specifically designed for food-processing equipment during daily assembly. Never use industrial petroleum jelly or standard lubricants.

Inspection for Wear and Drying: Inspect the O-ring daily. If it shows cracks, cuts, deformation, or signs of drying, replace it immediately to help prevent ice cream mix leaks that may soil the control panel or infiltrate the machine’s internal components.

Cleaning Precautions: Carefully remove the O-ring when cleaning the hatch cover. Avoid using sharp or pointed objects, such as knives or screwdrivers, to remove the seal, as they may cut or puncture the gasket.
