Wear and Alignment Inspection: Periodically inspect the bar scraper for bending, looseness, or wear at the mounting points. Bent or misaligned bars may cause excessive noise, uneven scraping, and potential damage to the freezing cylinder.

Accessory Check: Before each operation, make sure the bar scraper is used together with its original scraper tips and scraper blades, all in good condition.
