MACHINE CASTER CARE

Wheel and Bearing Inspection: Periodically check for threads, lint, or debris wrapped around the wheel axle, as this may restrict rotation and cause uneven or flat-spot wear on the caster surface.

Equipment Stability: Make sure the correct combination of casters with and without brakes is installed on the machine base so the equipment can be securely locked in place using the brake-equipped casters during operation.

Base Cleaning: When cleaning the production floor, remove any residue buildup from the caster assembly to help prevent the swivel mechanism from becoming stuck or difficult to rotate.
