SCRAPER SPRING CARE
Inspection for Spring Fatigue: With continuous use, the springs may lose tension due to fatigue. Springs with insufficient pressure may allow the scraper to slide without properly removing the frozen ice cream layer from the cylinder wall, increasing cycle time and placing additional load on the motor and compressor.
Replace Together: It is recommended to replace the springs whenever the scraper blades are replaced, helping maintain consistent wear and uniform operating pressure across the scraper assembly.
Handling Precautions: During beater cleaning, avoid manually stretching or deforming the spring. Make sure it is correctly positioned in its housing before inserting the assembly into the cylinder to help prevent jamming or improper operation.
