SCRAPER BLADE CARE

Wear Inspection: Worn scraper blades or blades with rounded edges lose scraping efficiency, allowing a layer of frozen ice cream to build up on the cylinder walls. This significantly reduces refrigeration efficiency, increases mixing time, and places additional load on the main motor.

Replace as a Set: Periodic replacement of the entire scraper blade set is recommended to maintain proper mechanical balance of the beater and ensure even wear.

Cleaning Precautions: Wash with warm water and mild detergent. Avoid dropping the blades on hard surfaces, as impacts may cause cracks or create burrs on the scraping edge.
