SCRAPER BLADE SPRING CARE

Loss of Spring Tension: Over time, the spring may lose its expansion force. Worn springs may no longer press the scraper blade against the cylinder wall with the required pressure, reducing freezing efficiency and increasing production time.

Inspection During Cleaning: When disassembling the beater for cleaning, check the spring for deformation, cracks, or buildup of dried product residue. Replace the springs whenever the scraper blade set is replaced.

Proper Installation: Make sure the spring is correctly positioned in its housing on the beater before inserting the assembly into the cylinder. An incorrectly installed spring may come loose and damage the internal beater structure.
