The Finamac® Revolution Continues: V-TURBO, the Equipment Ahead of Its Time

The legendary MP16 and MP30 combined ice cream and ice pop machines — acclaimed with over 1,000 units sold — had already transformed the market. However, Finamac's pursuit of perfection never stops. To overcome manual ice cream extraction using paddles, Finamac engineering developed a brilliant and disruptive solution: the V-TURBO.

MARKET LEADING EQUIPMENT: SIMPLE, FUNCTIONAL, RELIABLE.

Disruptive Innovations in Productivity

Far ahead of its time, the V-TURBO brought fabulous innovations that redefined the concept of productivity:

  • Automatic Extraction and Direct Cooling: The ice cream cylinder was decoupled from the fluid tank and received direct refrigeration. This enabled the creation of a front-facing automatic extraction system, permanently eliminating manual effort.
  • Independent Production Modules: Ice pop production gained an exclusive, optimized tank featuring an ergonomic side ledge designed for perfect mold draining.
  • Triple Star Beater: Replacing the old spiral, the triple star-shaped beater ensured full cylinder scraping and rapid ice cream extraction. Its lid allowed adding fruits and solid inclusions during operation.
  • Integrated Mini Pasteurization Plant: Equipped with an upper tank connected to the cylinder inlet, the V-TURBO made it possible to prepare, heat, and pasteurize the mix. A complete production line in a single machine.

The V-TURBO Legacy

With the arrival of Finamac's horizontal cylinders in 1992 — which raised the ice cream dispensing height to provide greater ergonomics for standing operators —, the V-TURBO made way for new generations of machines. However, its legendary engineering left deep marks on the industry.

Legendary Engineering: To this day, anyone who owns a V-TURBO in their factory wouldn't trade it for any other.
