Congratulations on purchasing your Finamac machine! This page gathers all the necessary information for the installation, first use, operation, cleaning, and maintenance of your Turbo 8. We highly recommend following each step before turning on your Turbo 8 to ensure safety, optimal performance, and to preserve the equipment's warranty.
Read the manual before operating the equipment. Reading the manual is mandatory and is a requirement for warranty validation. Your safety and the equipment's performance begin with reading the manual.
- ✓ Check these items before operation
- ✓ Is the electrical installation in accordance with the equipment specifications?
- ✓ Is the electrical voltage in compliance with the machine's specifications?
- ✓ Is the equipment supported on a flat, stable, and level surface?
- ✓ Has the electrical grounding been executed correctly?
- ✓ Are the protective devices installed and in perfect working condition?
- ✓ Has the chocolate been previously melted before being added to the machine?
- ✓ Is the chocolate temperature in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation?
- ✓ Are the scraper fastening screws clean and free of chocolate residue?
- ✓ Has the operator read the operation and safety instructions contained in the Instruction Manual?
Check these items before the first startup:
- ✓ Set the working temperature according to the chocolate manufacturer's recommendation.
- ✓ Wait for the equipment temperature to stabilize before starting production.
- ✓ Keep the agitation system running during operation.
- ✓ Do not set temperatures below 28 °C.
- ✓ Avoid adding solid chocolate directly into the tank during operation.
- ✓ Always keep the tank, scraper, and temperature sensor contact points clean.
- ✓ Upon finishing production, turn off the equipment following the procedure described in the Instruction Manual.
- ✓ Before performing any cleaning or maintenance procedure, disconnect the equipment from the electrical power supply.
