What is the production capacity of the Turbo 8?
Depending on the electrical frequency and the type of mold used, the Turbo 8 produces approximately:

What cooling fluid should I use in the tank?
The equipment uses:
Industrial hydrated ethyl alcohol (92°, 94°, 96°, or 99° GL); or;
A solution composed of 50% Propylene Glycol USP/EP and 50% water.
Can I use regular gas station fuel ethanol?
No.
Never use fuel ethanol.
This product contains additives that can contaminate food, damage the equipment, and void
the warranty.
Can I use Finafluid or brine?
No.
The Turbo line must not use Finafluid or brine.
Can I use pure propylene glycol?
No.
Pure propylene glycol becomes extremely viscous at low temperatures, which can cause
irreversible damage to the agitator motors.
Can I prepare a solution other than 50% propylene glycol and 50% water?
No.
Any concentration different from the recommended specification may compromise the equipment's
operation.
Can I add water to the alcohol during use?
No.
Always top off the fluid level using new fluid of the same type.
Never mix water with the alcohol.
Can the tank remain empty?
No.
It is recommended to fill the tank with water if the equipment is going to remain unused for a certain
period, preventing dryness and damage to the tank.
How often should I change the fluid?
The fluid must always remain clean.
Whenever it shows dirt or contamination, replacement is highly recommended.
What is the maximum operating temperature?
The fluid temperature should not fall below -25°C.
Lower temperatures can cause ice formation on the coil and damage the equipment.
Can I store the alcohol inside the machine?
Yes.
When the equipment is out of use for short periods, it is recommended to keep the alcohol
refrigerated below -5°C.
For long periods of non-use, the fluid must be drained and stored in appropriate
containers.
How should I store the fluid removed from the machine?
The fluid must be stored in clean containers, exclusive for this purpose, protected from the
sun, and kept in a cool, well-ventilated place.
Can I use containers that previously stored other products to store the fluid?

Does the machine have a warranty?
Yes.
To keep the warranty valid, it is necessary to correctly perform the initial startup, follow all
instructions in the manual, and preserve the warranty seals intact.
Can I remove the warranty seals?

Seals may only be removed with prior authorization from the Finamac technical team.
Tampering with the seals will void the warranty.
What happens if the installation is out of specification during the first startup?
The startup process will be interrupted until all non-conformities are corrected.
After regularization, a new technical visit may be required, and corresponding costs
will be charged.
Is operational training included?
When applicable, training can be conducted at Finamac at no cost. It can also be
contracted for an on-site installation, subject to scheduling.
What should be the clearance space around an air-cooled machine?
It is recommended to maintain a distance of at least 0.5 meters between the machine and any obstacle that
might obstruct air circulation.
Can I install the machine in an environment with sea breeze (saline atmosphere)?
No.
Saline environments accelerate the corrosion of metallic components and can significantly reduce
the equipment's lifespan.
Can I install the machine near deep fryers?
No.
Frying smoke can clog the ventilation channels, reducing the performance of the
refrigeration system.
