This package will be available by the end of 2026.

Stay tuned for updates - this is a major innovation designed to multiply your profits.

Welcome to the new world of SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM!
This solution delivers the highest return on investment, covering every segment of the gourmet ice cream and ice pop market (ice cream, gelato, milkshakes, aerated ice pops – ice cream bars), soft serve in cones, and more), from direct sales - with or without display cases - to large-scale distribution.

A truly unique ice cream production system, with adjustable overrun up to 100%, unmatched anywhere in the world. It is capable of producing individual servings (cones and cups) while also maintaining continuous production for filling cups, containers, and large-volume packaging for distribution.

āš™ļø Included equipment:

ā‘  Shape2 (100% overrun)
ā‘” Flex Mixer15
ā‘¢ Turbo8
ā‘£ Flex Unmold

See details about each machine in the ā€œMachinesā€ menu.

Production capacity: up to 600 cones of 100ml of ice cream per hour.*
(*) With 100% air incorporation.

šŸø THE MOST REVOLUTIONARY BUSINESS MODEL FOR MAXIMUM RETURN POTENTIAL

Soft ice cream is defined as a low-cost ice cream, with aeration that can range from 30% to 60%, produced by machines in front of the final consumer, similar to ice creams sold by fast food chains such as McDonald’s, for example.

It is estimated that its share in the global ice cream market does not exceed 10%. However, as it is often classified as a frozen dessert or under other denominations, it is believed that its market share is much higher, potentially reaching 20% or more.

The package proposed here goes far beyond simple soft ice cream.

With an innovative machine capable of producing ice cream continuously, in various types of packaging for wholesale distribution, as well as serving portions directly to the final consumer, and with resources to also produce high-quality ice creams, the entrepreneur will have in their hands capabilities never before achieved in this sector.

This business can be structured in different ways:

• As an operation exclusively focused on direct sales to consumers, in kiosks, ice cream shops, and high-traffic retail locations.
• As an operation exclusively focused on wholesale production, in various packaging formats, from 100ml up to 10 liters.
• As a triple production model: direct sales to consumers, gelato production for display freezers, and production for retail sale.
• Or as a scalable multi-unit model, through franchises or company-owned units.

šŸ“Š ESTIMATED REVENUE POTENTIAL

Illustrative estimate of annual revenue (symbolic currency): 4.86 million coins.

Considering a sales routine in a high-traffic retail location of 6 hours/day, producing half the machine’s hourly capacity, approximately 1,800 portions can be produced daily, generating 45,000 portions per month based on 25 working days.

For this example, assuming a selling price of 9 symbolic coins per portion of 100 to 125ml of ice cream, monthly revenue would reach 405,000 coins or 4.86 million coins annually.

The average production cost per 125ml portion is around 0.70 symbolic coins, depending on the recipe, ingredients, and the amount of air incorporated (generally 100%).

Additional possibilities such as ice pop/cone ice cream and ice cream bonbons are not included in this estimate and would increase revenue potential due to their higher added value.

Naturally, other costs must also be considered, such as:

• labor
• rent
• equipment depreciation
• taxes
• commercial expenses
• logistics
• and other operating costs

Sales growth up to the level of 1,800 portions per day is gradual and depends largely on the business’s ability to promote itself and expand its market presence.

Profit margins can be quite attractive and depend on efficient management of all these variables, as well as many other strategic factors. In our production courses, we explore in depth the elements that drive long-term business success.

šŸ RECOMMENDED MACHINES

ā‘  SHAPE 2

Revolutionary soft ice cream machine: features an air incorporation system of up to 100%, unprecedented worldwide; it does not have the traditional three levers for dispensing ice cream, as both flavors and the twist come out through the same outlet, allowing the injection of colored syrup (optional equipment) into all flavor options.

It has high-volume cylinders and a special churning system that allows continuous ice cream production for filling containers up to 10 liters without interruption.

In this function, it becomes a continuous ice cream production unit with 100% overrun and can be used in industrial operation.

ā‘” Flex Mixer15

The Flex Mixer15 is an advanced equipment for homogenizing and aerating ingredients. It includes a removable container with an integrated tap, making it very practical for dosing molds for bonbons, ice pops, cone ice cream, and other products.

This equipment plays a fundamental role in improving mixture consistency and enabling aeration in the production process.

Note: table not included.

ā‘¢ Turbo8

Machine for producing ice pops, ice cream bonbons, and ice cream on a stick/cone, operating through turbulent flow freezing. The ice cream produced by the ā‘  SHAPE 2 is placed into molds for final freezing in the Turbo8, and then sent to the ā‘£ Flex Unmold for demolding and chocolate coating.

Turbo8 is the oldest and most sold machine by Finamac. Many units have been in the market for over 30 years and are still in perfect working condition. With compact size and simple construction, its continuous production capacity is remarkable thanks to its exclusive heat exchanger, unique in the world.

It operates with glycol as a freezing fluid, approved for food contact and non-flammable.

See the ā€œSuppliesā€ menu to learn how to purchase Glycol and the refractometer to control its ratio with water.

ā‘£ Flex Unmold

The Flex Unmold is a heated tank used to demold and coat with chocolate ice cream bonbons and other products from the ā‘¢ Turbo8 machine.

Made of special fiberglass, it has temperature control and all safety systems designed to prevent electrical shocks or low liquid levels in the reservoir.

Includes a chocolate dipping tank and a disassembled stainless steel table.
