šŸø A NEW ERA OF SOFT ICE CREAM IN THE WORLD

Soft ice cream is defined as a low-cost ice cream with aeration ranging from 30% to 60%, produced by machines in front of the final consumer, similar to the ice creams sold by fast food chains such as McDonald’s, for example.

It is estimated that its share of the global ice cream market does not exceed 10%. However, as it is often classified as a frozen dessert or under other names, it is believed that its market share is much higher, potentially reaching 20% or more.

The package proposed here goes far beyond simple soft ice cream.

With an innovative machine capable of producing ice cream continuously, in various types of packaging for wholesale distribution, as well as serving portions directly to the final consumer, and with features that also allow the production of high-quality ice cream, the entrepreneur will have access to capabilities never before achieved in this sector.

This business can be structured in different ways:

• As an operation exclusively focused on direct sales to consumers, in kiosks, ice cream shops, and high-traffic retail locations.
• As an operation exclusively focused on wholesale production, in various packaging formats from 100ml up to 10 liters.
• As a triple production model: direct sales to consumers, gelato production for display freezers, and production for retail sale.
• Or as a scalable multi-unit model, through franchises or company-owned units.

šŸ“Š ESTIMATED REVENUE POTENTIAL

Illustrative estimate of annual revenue (symbolic currency): 3.24 million coins.

Considering a sales routine in a high-traffic retail location operating 6 hours per day, producing half the machine’s hourly capacity, approximately 1,200 portions can be produced daily, resulting in 30,000 portions per month (based on 25 working days).

For this example, assuming a selling price of 9 symbolic coins per portion of 100 to 125ml of ice cream, monthly revenue would reach 270,000 coins, or 3.24 million coins annually.

The average production cost per 125ml portion is around 1.00 symbolic coin, depending on the recipe, ingredients, and air incorporation (generally 40%).

This estimate does not include the possibility of wholesale production, which would further increase revenue potential.

Naturally, other costs must also be considered, such as:

• labor
• rent
• equipment depreciation
• taxes
• commercial expenses
• logistics
• and other operating costs

Sales growth up to the level of 1,200 portions per day is gradual and depends largely on the business’s ability to promote itself and expand its market presence.

Profit margins can be quite attractive and depend on efficient management of all these variables, as well as many other strategic factors. In our production courses, we explore in depth the elements that drive long-term business success.

šŸ RECOMMENDED MACHINES

ā‘  SHAPE 1

Revolutionary soft ice cream production machine: it does not have the traditional 3 levers for dispensing ice cream; both flavors and the twist are dispensed through the same outlet, which allows the injection of colored syrup (optional equipment) into all flavor options.

It features high-volume cylinders and a special churning system, allowing continuous ice cream production for filling containers up to 10 liters without interruption.

Equipped with an air incorporation system of up to 40%.

ā‘” Flex Mixer15

The Flex Mixer15 is an advanced piece of equipment for homogenizing and aerating ingredients. It includes a removable container with an integrated tap, making it very practical for dosing molds or containers of various types.

This equipment plays a fundamental role in improving mixture consistency and enabling aeration in the production process.

Note: table not included.

šŸ›  MACHINE CERTIFICATIONS*

• CSA - Sanitary, upon request
• CE - European Community

* Certified models and conditions must be confirmed with our team.

šŸ›  MACHINE SUPPORT SERVICES
