šø WHY THIS BUSINESS MODEL STANDS OUT
Instant ice cream stands out because it is made on demand, right in front of the consumer. It is an innovative machine that freezes only the portion to be served, unlike soft ice cream machines that keep the ice cream ready, under agitation, inside a freezing cylinder.
There are three refrigerated tanks for different liquid products, selectable by small valves and injected into a freezing cylinder by a volumetric doser of approximately 100ml.
Its greatest highlight is the production of GELATIN ICE CREAM, or CHILDHOOD-FLAVOR AMERICAN ICE CREAM, with very low cost and high nutritional value.
Its great versatility allows it to produce traditional milk-based ice creams, Italian gelato, milk shake, AƧaĆ, iced cream coffee, and other frozen delights, in addition to frozen alcoholic drinks, a major innovation for bars and restaurants.
This business can be structured in different ways:
⢠As an operation exclusively for direct sales to the consumer, in kiosks, ice cream shops, and high-traffic retail locations.
⢠In bars and restaurants, to serve frozen alcoholic drinks or various desserts with made-to-order ice cream.
⢠In the production of ice cream cups and other products, for storage and local sale or distribution, as a sole activity or as an alternative during slower hours, if the equipment is located in a direct-sales retail point.
⢠Or as a scalable model of multiple units, whether through franchises or company-owned units.

š ESTIMATED REVENUE POTENTIAL
Illustrative estimate of annual revenue (symbolic currency): 810,000 coins.
Considering a sales routine in a high-traffic retail location of 6 hours/day, producing half the hourly capacity of a single machine, we would have, by the end of the day, about 300 portions produced, which would generate 7,500 portions per month, considering only 25 working days.
For this example, assuming a selling price of 9 symbolic coins per 125ml portion of ice cream, we would have monthly revenue of 67,500 or annual revenue of 810,000 symbolic coins, for a single machine.
This package proposes the use of 3 machines with 3 flavor tanks or 3 different products each, so that the business can offer a wide variety of different delights at the same time, such as iced coffee, milk shake, frozen yogurt, among others. With 3 machines, the estimated revenue potential can be much higher than the total mentioned above.
The average production cost per 125ml ice cream portion is around 1.20 symbolic coins, depending on the recipe, ingredients, and the amount of air incorporated (generally 30%).
Naturally, other costs must also be considered, such as:
⢠labor
⢠rent
⢠equipment depreciation
⢠taxes
⢠commercial expenses
⢠logistics
⢠and other operating costs
Sales growth up to the level of 300 portions per day is gradual and depends, to a large extent, on the businessās ability to promote itself and expand its presence in the market.
Profit margins can be quite attractive and depend on the efficient management of all these variables, as well as many other strategic factors. In our production courses, we go deeper into the elements that drive long-term business success.

š RECOMMENDED MACHINES
ā FLASH (3 units)
Innovative machine for the instant production of a wide variety of frozen delights, extending even to alcoholic drinks for bars and restaurants. Its application is as diverse as possible. Very practical and easy to move, it can also be used at many types of events. It is equipment that attracts a great deal of impulsive consumer attention, considering that its colorful flavor containers have transparent lids and the design of the whole set creates strong visual impact.
ā” Mixer15
Equipment that appears simple, often confused with an ordinary blender, but it is much more than that: it is capable of homogenizing ingredients, reducing particle size in such a way that it provides remarkable smoothness to the final product. In addition, it is able to incorporate air into the mixture, substantially increasing its profitability. It is not supplied with a table.
