At the Finamac™ course you’ll learn all the differences between producing ice cream and ice pop, which ingredients and materials are necessary for it’s production, learn about all the main ingredients and it’s functions in the recipes and the whole production process. Also you’ll get an overview of the machines to produce each type of product, during the practical part of the course where we’ll produce different types of ice cream and ice pop. The goal is to dig deeper into the technical knowlegde focusig on the productive part and the recipes that are a success in the market.
