Complete Ice Pop and Ice Cream Course - English Class

Objectives

At the Finamac™ ice cream course you’ll learn all the differences between producing ice cream and ice pop, which ingredients and materials are necessary for it’s production, learn about all the main ingredients and it’s functions in the recipes and the whole production process. Also you’ll get an overview of the machines to produce each type of product, during the practical part of the course where we’ll produce different types of ice cream and ice pop.

As a compliment, Finamac™ brings on the second day of the course a focused experience on diffentes techniques of ice pop. With this 2-day course you’ll learn how to differ from your competitors by producing high quality products. The goal is to dig deeper into the technical knowlegde focusig on the productive part and the recipes that are a success in the market. Lastly, you’ll also learn how to create your own recipe through the famous recipe balancing.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you are unable to attend the course or replace the registered participant, please let us know by sending an email to treinamento@finamac.com.br at least 15 days in advance and we refund your payment within 30 days. Requests sent less than 15 days in advance or non-attendance without sufficient notice or reason will not be refunded.

Please note that courses will be cancelled if the minimum registration number is not reached. In these cases, Finamac will contact those who were registered and offer to reschedule for the next available class or receive a refund of payment.
