The confectionery Rua do Bolo, located in Brazil, has innovated its business and expanded its menu with tasty gelatos produced by Finamac™ machines. The very high quality gelato is produced in the Pro 16, cooled by a Cooling Tower, and displayed in the Elegance display case.
